Connect America is seeking a Commissions Analyst. Primary responsibilities will include tracking and reporting on commissionable sales by internal agents and external partners, calculating commission payments due to agents and partners, analyzing the impact of commission plans and sales on payments, and reporting results to agents, partners, Sales Management and the Executive Team. A successful candidate will have a minimum of two to four years of experience in accounting or financial analysis (commissions-specific experience is a plus). This position works at our Bala Cynwyd location.

The Senior Manager of Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning will lead the Finance function of the organization and work closely with all executives in the Company. This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff. This position will work at our headquarters in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
