Purpose

The purpose of the Fulfillment Technician role is to work in our Petaluma, CA office and provide direct support to our Lead Fulfillment Coordinator by refurbing return units, preparing outgoing units and supporting any and all data input jobs as needed.  There will also be a facet of direct customer support for technical calls as well as installer support also when necessary.   

 

The position offers a diverse list of daily challenges and skill sets that allow for considerable experience development in a growing field.  Our team is small but both supportive and encouraging.

  • UNIT TESTING (INV MAG)
  • DAILY INSTALL REVIEW (OPS SUPPORT)
  • MAIL ALL REPLACEMENT BUTTONS (OPS SUPPORT)
  • CREATE FEDEX LABELS (OPS SUPPORT)
  • REPORT ON REFURB COUNTS (INV MAG)
  • VERIFY/MANAGE REMOTE TRUNK STOCK (INSTALLER SUPPORT)
  • REPLENISH REMOTE STOCK (SHIPPING) (INSTALLER SUPPORT)
  • PLACE INVENTORY ORDERS (INV MAG)
  • UPDATE INVENTORY DOC ONLINE WITH PO/SHIP DATE/TRACKING (INV MAG)
  • SCAN ALL UNITS IN HOUSE (INV MAG)
  • ONLINE ORDERING (INV MAG)
  • IN HOUSE/INTER OFFICE ORDERING (INV MAG)
  • NEW UNIT BULK/INDIVIDUAL ACTIVATIONS (INV MAG)
  • UPDATE/MAINTAIN INVENTORY CATCH (INV MAG)
  • CALLING/FOLLOW UP ON ALL MAILED UNITS TO INSTALL (OPS SUPPORT)
  • COORDINATE/SCHEDULE NEW INSTALLER TRAINING (INSTALLER SUPPORT)
  • COMPLETE MONTH END INVENTORY (INV MAG)
  • PHYSICALLY COUNT INVENTORY (INV MAG)
  • RECYLCE UNITS TO THE RECLYING CENTER (INV MAG)
  • USAGE ANALYSIS FOR BUTTONS/UNITS/ACCESSORIES (OPS SUPPORT)
  • DROP OFF PICKUPS (OPS SUPPORT)
  • SPECIAL DATA CLEANUP PROJECTS IN AS NEEDED (OPS SUPPORT)
