This postion is part time: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Read, understand and complete previously scheduled calendar changes for accounts
  • Read, understand and complete emails
  • Read, understand and complete cases from care and sales for account changes

Qualifications

  • Has the ability to use Multiple Programs at one time- Office, Email, Monitoring Stations, Sedona, etc.
  • Must have the basic understanding of our Medical Alert products and how they function.
  • Must be able to read Contracts sent over in Treeno, by Fax or by Mail to be updated.
  • Must be able to read emails and write email responses professionally.
  • Must be able to make phone calls and speak professionally to a customer as needed.
  • Has the ability to take the workflow assigned to them and complete it within a timely manner.
  • Must be detail oriented and have a understanding just how important our job in Contracts is.
  • Must be able to work independently but also has the willingness to learn and grow with the team.
  • Must be able to ask questions when they do not understand an email, case or calendar entry.
