    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Sr. Director of Analytics, the Program Manager will participate in company-wide analytics, reporting, and business insight projects. As an integral part of the team, the Project Manager is responsible for identifying and tracking deliverables as well as communicating the progress of various projects to senior and executive management.

     

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain regular tracking and management reporting across initiatives and projects to monitor their conformance to expectations, requirements, and plans
    • Manage stakeholder expectations, deliver project status updates, and elevate critical risks to analytics management and senior executive teams
    • Prepare updates for various leadership steering groups where note-taking, attention to detail, and summarization is critical
    • Establish routine processes to review demand, status, and prioritization of new and on-going projects with key leadership
    • Engage with key stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Healthcare to capture new demand
    • Document processes and workflows throughout the organization and assist with developing new/improved processes to enhance business capabilities
    • Assist with developing and executing reporting, when needed

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, MBA a plus
    • 5+ years’ related experience preferred. Preferably in project or program management
    • Proficient use of PC applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
    • 3+ years of experience working in an analytics oriented team environment
    • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills to deliver the message based on the audience
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in high-pressure situations
    • Comfortable taking initiative, and strives to deliver results by being a solution-oriented team player
    • A distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communications experience is ideal as this is a highly visible position with substantial impact
