    Connect America is seeking a dynamic and strong analytical candidate to conduct a wide range of data analysis in support of our Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.

     

    The Analyst will develop, enhance, and maintain ongoing reporting needs for multiple business partners. They will acquire, manage, manipulate, and compile large amounts of data, analyze data, interpret and quantify trends. The Analyst will also ensure data quality, identify and resolve issues with data of a logical or mathematical nature.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for updating KPI Dashboards and other reports to support Operations
    • Support analysis efforts on a wide variety of areas including marketing initiatives, call center metrics, and financial and strategic initiatives
    • Partner with cross functional teams such as Marketing and Sales to understand enterprise trends, competitive environment and their impacts on subscriber behavior
    • Maintain weekly commissions analyses for multiple departments
    • Compile and consolidate a wide range of information to be presented to department leadership teams in a concise and clear manner
    • Participate in projects and support the development of new analytical tools, where needed
    • Complete Ad-Hoc reports as requested

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative analysis, mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance
    • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or finance
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel is required, knowledge of SQL preferred
    • Must be able to manage, interpret, and analyze large & disparate data sets
    • Must be self-directed, organized and detail oriented; ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative problem-solver
    • Excellent analytical skills and able to collaborate effectively with business managers and diverse cross-functional groups
    • Knowledge of SPSS is a plus
