    Responsibilities

    Outbound calls and incoming calls checking on the units that are not testing or clients are having problems with their units. They will be verifying address, phone number, case manager, and responders while on the phone. They will be getting the unit working and make sure the client is reminded to test the pendant monthly.

     

    They will be sending out replacement parts when needed.

     

    Checking on the Fall pendant report for replacements to be sent.
