    • Digital expansion & web performance
      • Google AdWords
      • Google Shopping
      • Bing
      • Amazon
    • Brand positioning/development
    • Managing partners and agencies with the ability to negotiate and develop relationships
    • Marketing reporting
    • Proficiently evaluate response data and media attribution modeling outputs to inform future plan recommendations
    • Responsible for planning and directing the marketing operations to ensure performance, productivity, and profitability
    • Collaborate with the senior leadership team across the business to explore new market opportunities, and assess their size and attractiveness utilizing market segmentation and targeting

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • MBA strongly preferred
    • Minimum of 5 year marketing experience
    • Direct to Consumer marketing or media experience
    • Brand messaging experience
    • Flexibility and eagerness to learn, and use new and emerging technologies
    • Working knowledge of SEO and SEM management
    • 3 years of web & digital Marketing experience
    • Ability to perform basic Excel functions & SQL functions
    • Demonstrated ability in managing omni-channel campaigns that generate a measureable ROI
    • Recurring subscription business experience a plus
    • Demonstrated coaching and team-building skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public-speaking skills.
    • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines.
