Job Summary: The collections specialist will continuously follow up with providers regarding the status of open balances on the aging.
$42k - $55K depending on experience
Healthcare Billing: 1 year (Required)
Collections: 1 year (Required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, proper phone etiquette, work independently and in a group setting, establish and prioritize task list, critical thinking is a must, meticulously detail oriented and accurate data entry/informational communications, organized, works well with others, must be able to work in a fast paced environment with high volume of accounts. Comply with HIPPA, State and Federal laws as well as company policies.
