    Job Description:


    As the Director of Product Management at Connect America, you will help manage a team of product managers who are enhancing business processes and the software to support those processes.  The Director of Product Management will be responsible for overseeing the roadmaps for all the CRM and Billing systems at the company.  They will work closely with the VP of Technology, Product Managers as well as Business Owners, Marketing, Operations, Development, QA, and Training throughout the development lifecycle.



    • Mentor and coach product managers and business analysts to build concise and accurate requirements that align with the delivery of strategic objectives
    • Manage and prioritize release cycles across multiple projects and development teams
    • Interact with leaders across the organization to understand what their priorities are and translate them into workstreams for the product team
    • Work closely with Development and QA to ensure successful releases
    • Identify and design new processes that may be required in support of a project; using and adapting existing processes where possible
    • Ensure the appropriate reporting is in place for executive management to make data driven decisions related to products, systems, and processes

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities across multiple projects, platforms and systems
    • Ability to see the bigger picture while also able to get into the weeds on details and perform requirement gathering and story creation
    • Project management experience in Agile and Waterfall environments
    • Ability to Partner with executives and managers across all departments (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc)
    • Strong understanding of Data and Data Modeling
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, CRMs and B2B and B2C sales funnels
    • Strong communication skills; the ability to summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences: technical, non-technical and business leaders
    • Strong technical background including development, data architecture, technical product management or business systems analysis experience
    • Strong management experience
    • Flexibility and adaptability to fit the needs of the project, making progress despite ambiguity
    • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as events warrant
    • Ability to work across group boundaries and forge cross-functional relationships
    • Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel
    • Experience with UX a plus



    • Must have: 5-10Years of Product Management or IT related experience
    • Must have: 3-5 Years Management experience
    • Must have: Experience working with cross-functional teams to design, build and support business systems
    • Experience in data analytics, reporting, and SQL
    • Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills
    • Experience working in a recurring billing business
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Candidate should have good analytical, problem solving skills and a desire to develop new skills
    • Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and senior management
    • Ability to exercise independent and autonomous judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping management well informed of issues, progress, status and resolution
    • Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the processes of the organization. A team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers.  Strong prioritization, communication and multi-tasking skills a must as the environment is fast paced and dynamic
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization including the C-level
    • A self-starter who is proactive, and able to multitask in a fast pace environment


    •  Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent work experience.
