    Position Overview:

    The Provider Relations Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with a high level of professionalism with agencies, clients, caregivers, & families, creating a positive experience and image of Connect America with every interaction.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Mange email inbox for Provider Programs

    • Process all emails daily and respond to questions or forward to appropriate department
    • Direct cancel requests to cancellations and billing teams
    • Coordinate service issues with technical support and provide feedback to Provider
    • Provide resolution for provider concerns or escalate to management
    • Update client information as needed
    • Data Entry for Providers that manage their own accounts
    • Overall Data and general Service Support for Programs/Providers
    • Support the Provider Relations Staff and our Outside Sales Reps
    • Meet end of month deadline for billing

     

    Order Fulfillment

    • Process and ship all orders for Providers including swaps & replacements
    • Prioritize order fulfillment for same day or next day shipping
    • Maintain daily activity log of new orders and orders fulfilled

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required.
    • Confidential personality
    • Proficient use of PC software applications, including Microsoft Office suite of products.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Commitment to quality service through appropriate follow through, urgency and persistence.
    • Team player and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
    • Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and demonstrate good attention to detail
    • Desire to learn, grow and have fun while delivering high quality work
    • Must be a detail-oriented quick learner
