    We are looking for Sales Supervisor: full time, second shift and Saturday availaiblity for our Glen Mills location with a passion for excellence!

    Hours: Second Shift & Sunday availability

    • Tuesday-Friday (3:30pm-12am)
    • Saturday (12:30pm-9pm)

    Responsibilities

    • Train, Coach and Develop a team of sales agents to perform at the highest level
    • Conduct one-on-one training sessions which include call reviews, live monitoring and role play
    • Supervise all activities for an assigned group of sales agents
    • Ability to reinforce the sales process, techniques and delivery of value propositions; closing techniques and overcoming objections

    Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of successfully demonstrated sales experience or management experience unrelated to sales in a fast-paced inside call-center environment (inbound/outbound calling)
    • Have the passion and drive to improve the performance of sales representatives
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer proficiency with sales platforms, CRM data entry, internet and Microsoft
    • Strong organizational skills to multitask, work in a fast paced environment to meet sales goals
    • Previous successful sales experience required
    • Must be 18 years of age, college graduates preferred
