    Connect America is looking for an experienced part-time Billing Specialist, Special Projects to support our growing operations in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

     

    Job Summary:

     

    Perform customer billing transactions in the companies accounting and CRM systems

    Responsibilities

    Primary responsibilities include:

     

    • Process customer refunds and credits based on request from various call center departments
    • Create invoices as required for requested account changes
    • Create detailed notes for each transaction completed
    • Process other account change as needed
    • Research and fix problems found in customer's billing

    Qualifications

    • The ability to independently solve problems, follow directions, and think critically are the most important skills needed for success in this role
    • Basic knowledge of accounting is helpful but not required. Prior experience with any customer billing system is helpful but not required.
    • Any College degree preferred
    • Four years experience in an office work environment
