    Position Overview:


    The Admin/Customer Support Representative is responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with agencies, clients, caregivers, & families, creating a positive experience with every interaction

    Customer Support/Completing No Testing Reports

    • Answering technical support phone calls
    • Completing No Testing reports that need to be done monthly
    • Address/Phone number updates and communicating with case managers/billing of updates made to the clients account
    • Overall Data and general Service Support
    • Back up on the Cancel log/helping out when needed
    • Meet monthly deadline for reporting


    Order Fulfillment

    • Process and ship for swaps & replacements
    • Backing up sending out replacement parts when needed
    • Maintain daily activity log of new orders and orders fulfilled


    • High school diploma required
    • Proficient use of PC software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Commitment to quality service through appropriate follow through, urgency and persistence
    • Team player and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
    • Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and demonstrate good attention to detail
    • Desire to learn, grow and have fun while delivering high quality work
    • Must be a detail-oriented quick learner
