    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage customer order and service, technical assistance, quality, and logistics
    • Drive the recruitment, development, education and training of all associates
    • Drive the development of Operational policies and standard operating procedures
    • Participate in the management team to lead the operation toward the achievement of Division goals
    • Confer with the team members to coordinate and prioritize planning, goal setting, and measurement to objective analysis
    • Identify and address root causes of non-conformances within each area of responsibility

    Qualifications

     

    • Degree in business, healthcare, or technology.
    • 7-10 years of Healthcare industry experience
    • Medicaid servicing experience
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage within financial metrics
    • Detail oriented with a pragmatic approach when it comes to Operational planning and budgeting
    • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including: Word/Excel/PowerPoint
    • Hands-on and resourceful
    • Competitive within a highly ethical and disciplined framework
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, fosters and thrives in a team environment
