    We are looking for Sales Manager for our Glen Mills location with a passion for excellence!

    Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30 or 9:00-6:00

               *MUST be able to work 1 weekend day per month*

    • Previous Mentorship/Management experience in a call center sales environment.
    • Meet and exceed goals by generating sales from inbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell Connect America products and services

    • Sell to prospective customers while providing security and safety solutions for them and their loved ones while working with the client to find the best solutions for their individual needs
    • Supervise all activities of the Inside/Outside Sales Team in their daily sales activity
    • Ability to reinforce the sales process, techniques and delivery of value propositions; closing techniques and overcoming objections
    • Conducting Live call monitoring, role play and huddles


    • The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of successfully demonstrated sales management experience in a fast-paced inside sales call-center environment (inbound/outbound calling) including managing a call-center environment
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer proficiency with sales platforms, CRM data entry, internet and Microsoft
    • Strong organizational skills to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment to meet sales goals
    • Previous successful sales experience required
    • Must be comfortable in an active high volume inbound/outbound call center environment
    • Must be 18 years of age, college graduates preferred
    • Salesforce a plus experience
    • Four-year College Degree preferred.
