    The Specialist, Provider Relations is responsible for providing excellent customer service internally and externally on Provider Programs.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Onboard New Provider Programs

    • Complete paperwork and document procedures, respond to questions
    • Setup of Provider Portals with Central Stations
    • Determine reporting needs
    • Determine equipment needs and equipment training

     

    Support Assigned Programs

    • Offer initial training and continued educational webinars with Program administrative staff
    • Training and on-going technical support for Program Installers
    • Troubleshooting equipment issues and customer/provider concerns
    • Inventory Control with appropriate programs

     

    Customer Service

    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, agencies, caregivers, & families, creating a positive experience for every caller
    • Data Entry Support

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • High School degree or equivalent
    • High attention to detail
    • Aptitude with keyboard, computer software
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week
    • Excellent phone presence, clear communication skills
    • Teamplayer, motivated by assisting others
    • Patience, ability to focus for long periods of time
