    • Manage of team of three Sales Trainers
    • Provide personal training for several Sales Associates
    • Hold one on one coaching sessions with direct reports to review sales performance of sales agents
    • Provide weekly performance updates on the sales training team to senior management
    • Responsible for training, coaching and development of a team of sales trainers and sales associates to perform at their highest level
    • Development and delivery of training materials for sales calls, including role play scenarios, techniques of value proposition, deal closing and overcoming objections
    • Live monitoring of sales calls
    • Supervision including performance feedback to sales trainers and sales agents





    • Sales management experience
    • Training experience
    • Call Center sales experience
    • Performance Management experience
    • Strong coaching, communication and motivation skills
    • Technical proficiency with sales platforms, CRM, web and Microsoft products
    • Ability to set and achieve goals
    • College degree preferred
